RESERVATION, REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

Regarding reservations via the electronic reservation system available at https://villabaltic.com.pl and at the reception desk

 

Only adults can book a stay.

 

When making a reservation via the electronic reservation system available on the website

www.villabaltic.com.pl you should:

• choose the date and number of people

• provide personal data (name, surname, email address, telephone number)

• provide address details

• choose the form of payment for the advance payment and make its immediate payment.

 

*The deposit is non-refundable. The exception is a situation where the parties to the contract have agreed otherwise*

 

Confirmation of the reservation is the payment of a deposit in the amount of not less than 60% of the reservation value to the bank account. The deposit payment deadline is given in the email the guest received after making the reservation.

 

Failure to pay the deposit within the agreed date will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

 

The remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival at the latest.

 

If the guest is not provided with a stay without the fault of the guesthouse tenant, especially as a result of restrictions imposed on entrepreneurs in connection with the state of epidemic, the guesthouse tenant, at the guest's choice, will return the deposit within 14 business days from the request for the refund of the deposit or it will be used for the guest's stay in the guesthouse at another time in the same calendar year. Failure to use the entire stay by a guest due to later arrival or earlier departure than specified in the reservation does not result in a reduction in the payment for the service.

 

 

FULL RULES FOR YOUR STAY AT VILLA BALTIC DREAM, MIĘDZYZDROJE

 

The regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay on the premises, and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing the registration card.

 

HOTEL NIGHT

The hotel day starts at 3 p.m. and ends at 11 a.m. on the last day of your stay.

If guests plan to arrive after 5 p.m., please contact the reception to receive the keys.

 

RESERVATION and CHECK-IN

The basis for check-in is to present an ID document with a photo at the reception and sign the registration card. In case of refusal to present a document enabling check-in, the receptionist is obliged to refuse to issue the room key.

 

An additional fee is charged for people who are not included in the reservation, but the number of people in the room must correspond to its type; the facility is not obliged to check in additional people who are not included in the reservation.

 

The facility may refuse to accept a guest who grossly violated the regulations during the previous stay, in particular by causing damage to the facility's property or personal injury to guests, facility employees or other persons staying at the facility.

 

The amount for the stay and additional fees must be paid at the time of check-in.

 

The desire to receive a VAT invoice must be reported before check-in; after check-out, it will not be possible to receive a VAT invoice.

 

The guest has no right to transfer the room he has vacated to other people, even if the period of stay for which he paid the fee has not expired.

 

PARKING

Parking spaces are allocated subject to availability. The facility does not guarantee the availability of parking spaces and we do not make reservations. The parking lot is unguarded. The facility is not responsible for damage to the car or other vehicle belonging to the guest, as well as for valuables left in the car.

 

Guests regulate entry and exit on their own, therefore, please put your telephone number and room number behind the car window (the form can be obtained at the reception). Please park your car carefully so that more cars can use our free parking lot. If a guest leaves a parking space during their stay, we do not guarantee a parking space upon their return.

 

Vans are not allowed on the premises of the guesthouse as they block the view from the terrace.

 

Upon check-out, please remove your car from the parking lot.

 

The facility is not responsible for mobile vehicles such as bicycles or strollers left on the premises, and the facility does not provide places to store them.

 

It is possible to park your car in paid parking spaces, the nearest 24/7 guarded parking lot is located at the intersection of Tadeusza Kościuszki and Tysiąclecia Pani Polskiego streets, as well as a parking lot at the street - Ul. Promenade of Stars and Ul. Millennium State of Poland (after leaving our facility, turn first left, there are also paid parking spaces there)

 

STAY

Visits by unregistered persons may take place from 11.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. after prior notification of this fact at the facility's reception.

 

Smoking and other substances are prohibited throughout the facility. In case of failure to comply with the above-mentioned ban, the guest will be charged a fine of PLN 800.

 

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the rooms and the premises. Damage means both destruction or damage to room furnishings and their loss.

 

In the event of damage occurring during the stay, the guest is obliged to cover the costs of repairing it. The guest should notify the reception about the damage immediately after discovering it.

 

Guests are obliged to keep their room key carefully. In case of loss, guests will be charged PLN 500.

 

Rooms are cleaned 'on request'. For longer stays, the cleaning date is set individually by the reception employee.

 

The facility has the right to interrupt the provision of accommodation services that have already been paid for if a guest disrupts order. Interruption of the guest's stay in such a case does not constitute grounds for a refund of the amount paid for the stay.

 

The guest consents to the processing and storage of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by Villa Baltic Dream for the purposes necessary to complete the guest's stay at the facility. , the guest's use of other services provided by the facility.

 

Objections/complaints submitted after departure will not be considered. Any reservations/complaints should be reported as soon as they occur.

 

RETURN OF ITEMS LEFT

Personal items left by the departing guest in the room will be sent back to the address indicated in the registration card at the guest's expense, only if the guest informs the facility in writing. If such an instruction is not received, the items will be stored for a period of two weeks and then destroyed.

 

Selected areas of the facility and parking lot are monitored. Due to the protection of personal data, surveillance recordings are only made available to the police upon request.

 

ANIMALS

Stay with a dog or cat must be reported before arrival.

The fee per day for a dog is PLN 30 or PLN 50 for a very large dog

The fee per day for a cat is PLN 20

Failure to inform the guesthouse reception about having an animal in the room will result in a fine of PLN 300.

 

Dogs considered aggressive are not accepted on the premises of the guesthouse (according to the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 28, 2003 on the list of dog breeds considered aggressive).
